How much does delivery cost?

NI/UK - £4.50 48hr Tracked Delivery

ROI - £7.99 Tracked Delivery

International - £14.99 Tracked Delivery

[Please be aware that International orders may incur processing fees, import duties and taxes, these are payable by you, the customer. If you are unsure whether this is applicable for your destination country we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information.]

How long does delivery take?

NI/UK - Orders are sent via 48hr tracked delivery.

EIRE - Orders are sent via tracked delivery & can take up to 3-5 business days.

International - Orders are sent via tracked delivery.

Europe 3-5 business days. Rest of World 6-7 business days

[Please note that 48hr delivery means 48 hours from when the courier picks up your package from us & not from the date of purchase. We aim to ship every order same day or within 24 hours of your purchase.]

My order hasn't arrived?

If your order hasn't arrived within the delivery time please contact your courier with your tracking code which is provided in your despatch email & they will be able to help you further. If your package goes missing please contact support@helxsports.com and we will help your further.

Returns & Exchanges FAQ

I want to return my item for a refund.

No problem! In the event that you are unhappy with your HELX purchase we are happy to give you a full refund if you return your un-used item, in its original packaging with all labels attached and invoice included for proof of purchase within 30 days of your original purchase. We provide a return shipping label in your package with the return address. HELX will process your refund the same day we receive your item, but please allow 7-14 days for your bank to process your refund. HELX has no control over how long your bank takes to process your refund.

I was sent the wrong item/size.

In the unlikely event that this happens, we ask that you please return the item to us and we will process the correct item to be sent out to you asap. HELX will cover the shipping costs for any returns due to faulty items / or picking errors in relation to your size/item.

I ordered the wrong item/size.

This is fine, we all make mistakes. Simply email support@helxsports.com to let us know you need an exchange to a new size. Once we receive your un-used item(s) with all labels attached in its original packaging we will process your exchange and send your new item out asap. Please note, if you order a wrong item or wrong size, the shipping costs for your exchange are covered by you, the customer. HELX will cover costs for faulty items.

What qualifies as a faulty product?

A faulty product is considered faulty or not acceptable quality if:

- It is unfit for purpose.

- It is significantly different from the description.

- It is received with damages on arrival.
